As a recruitment agency, we recognise our role in ensuring ethical labour practices and preventing exploitation in the sectors we serve. We are committed to ensuring that our supply chains and business operations are free from any form of modern slavery or human trafficking.
We acknowledge the risks associated with modern slavery within the recruitment industry, particularly in temporary and contract work. Our approach focuses on due diligence, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement to uphold ethical recruitment standards.
We promote a fair, open, and respectful workplace environment that safeguards the rights and dignity of all employees, temporary workers, and contractors.
We provide training to staff involved in recruitment, procurement, and compliance to enhance their ability to recognise and respond to potential modern slavery risks. Our whistleblowing policy ensures that employees, contractors, and partners can report concerns related to modern slavery and unethical practices without fear of retaliation. Reports can be made confidentially to senior management, including the Managing Director.
Our supplier due diligence process includes modern slavery risk assessments to evaluate potential risks in our supply chain. Supplier due diligence and ongoing monitoring are conducted in line with Invitise Ltd’s ISO 9001-aligned Quality Management System and are applied on a proportionate, risk-based basis.
We require all suppliers and business partners to comply with relevant UK legislation, including modern slavery laws. Specific terms and conditions in our procurement contracts mandate adherence to ethical labour standards.
